You choose the occupation period

When you purchase a share of the property you decide, subject to availability, the weeks you want to occupy, so you can plan your holiday in advance.  When you feel like a change of season you are free to change weeks with other owners by mutual agreement and without incurring extra costs.

You decide how long you stay

Each Leisure House property is divided into 25 shares, each of which entitles the owner to occupation of the property for 2 weeks ever year.  You can buy one share for an annual holiday or several shares so you can enjoy a longer break at a time which suits you.
